Characteristics of the System

Manual Clamp

The panels are joined and aligned, vertically and horizontally, using the GR-2 Manual Clamps and the Adjustable Clamps; both are operated manually and quick to use.

Using the same clamps as in the Alisply Walls System, together with the similarities in design of the steel frame, means that they can be quickly and easily combined with Alisply Wall Panels.

Speed

The Alisply Circular System and its accessories, have been designed to enable quick and simple assembly. The radius of the curved wall can be adjusted without having to dismantle the panels.

The system offers the option to use metallic compensation accessories that are screwed into the panel these accessories remain attached to the pane, throughout the various uses of the build.



Finish
		The 15 mm phenolic resin-coated plywood finish Alisply Circular, provides an high quality concrete finish. Furthermore, the panel has a reinforcement mechanism on the outer crossbar, that ensures the rigidity between panels, and the correct curvature of the radius in the panel joint area.

Profitability

The Alisply Circular System, has been designed in such a way that the panel is pre-assembled, and has a thickness of 15 cm, making it easier to handle and more economical to transport.

The design protects the radius adjustment spindles, avoiding wear and tear caused by knocks, and leftover concrete.

Rubber Plugs

Protect the phenolic resin surface during storage and transportation of the panels.

Manual Clamp

The panels can be joined vertically and horizontally using the GR2 Manual Clamp.

Outer Radius Spindles

These act as reinforcement and compensation on the outer extremes of the panel. Once the radius has been defined bu the protected radius adjustment spindles, the outer radius adjustment spindles are used to adjust the position of the outer support bar, and to improve the join between the panels.

Panel Sizes

Alisply Circular System has 3 heights of panel size: 60 cm, 120 cm, an 240 cm. In this way they can be joined vertically to give 60 cm height intervals. Each panel has two models: a panel with an internal radial extension of 240 cm, and a Panel with an external radial extension of 250 cm. Radial Definition Accessories

The Alisply Circular System comes with 2 cm and 4 cm panel extensions that enable adjustment of the width of the panel, facilitating attainment of the desired wall radius.

These panel extensions can be applied to both internal and external radius panels, and are fitted with a nut and a screw that prevent them coming apart when the formwork is released, enabling them to be re-used in subsequent formwork jobs.

Alisply Circular System Accessories


Manual Clamp			Adjustable Clamp
The Alisply Circular System's panels are joined together vertically or horizontally using the GR2 Manual Clamp. No additional tools are required. The panel has been designed so that is is not essential for the clamp to be flush against the vertical crossbars, as it will click into possition as the pressure regulator is adjusted.			The Adjustable Clamp has been designed to cater for joining panels that need wood fillers. It can accomodate a filler of up to 28 cm in width, and can be set up on any part of the vertical frame.

Radius Definition Template
Alisply Circular System has a template that defines the radius of the screen without the need for stabilisers. The Radius Template is adaptable to the phenolic resin coated surface of the panel. 1- Three supports are placed in the spaces between the crossbars of the panel. 2- The radius adjusting accessory set at the required radius, is then positioned on the three supports. 3- The panel is then shaped into the required radius by adjusting the screws of the tensors in a uniform fashion so as not to damage the phenolic surface.

Workstation Platform

The Alisply Circular System comes with an accessory to attach the workstation bracket.The workstation bracket is attached to the vertical crossbars of the panel in a simple and efficient manner using safety clips and rivets, as opposed to screw-in components that are more prone to deterioration. Lifting Bracket

The Alisply Circular System's accessory for on site transportation of the panels.

The Alisply lifting bracket can bear a maximum load of 1,000 kg. and it is recommended that two brackets be used when moving the panels.
