(Penetrating Silane Water Repellents)
Silane is specially designed to create a chemically bonded layer within the concrete. This layer repels water and chlorides, yet allows complete vapor transmission. Silanes are excellent for the long term protection of concrete bridges, parking garages, pavements and other concrete/masonry structures. Available in 40% and 100% concentrations, this alkyltrialkoxy silane is applied at low pressure for maximum penetration.

(Water-based Silane/Siloxane Water Repellent)
Silane/Siloxane in a water-based formulation produces an excellent water repellent that also satisfies VOC requirements for air quality. Application is easier and safer, with no loss in the long term performance or protection of the treated concrete surface. Available in 6%, 10% and 20% concentrations, this material is generally applied in a "flood" coat for maximum surface penetration.

Weather Worker WB is a water based emulsion of siloxane (7% or 10% solids) that penetrates into concrete or masonry to provide long term weatherproofing protection. Weather Worker WB is a single component product that is ready-to-use, dilution prior to application is not required. Weather Worker WB penetrates the substrate, and chemically reacts with, and bonds to, the concrete or masonry surface. The invisible film formed by Weather Worker WB will “bead” water and protect the substrate many times longer than conventional coatings.

Weather Worker WB provides outstanding long term weatherproof protection for all types of concrete and masonry surfaces. Aside from its ability to “bead” water, it allows the substrate to “breathe” with its moisture vapor permeability.

SikaProof Seal modified with SikaLatex acrylic dispersion is a two-component, polymer-modified, cementitious waterproof coating for concrete and masonry. We carry White and Grey colors.

Anti-Hydro" is a combination of organic and inorganic chemicals that reacts with portland cement to produce more complete hydration. Water requirements, bleed water and shrinkage are reduced. The increased hydration provides internal curing and a much denser cement paste. "Anti-Hydro" increases the early and ultimate strength of concrete. These combined reactions produce impermeable concrete that is hard and non-dusting.
