G-4 & G-4-A Screed Bases, Drive Type

Dayton/Richmond G-4 and G-4-A Screed Bases, Drive Type are recommended for use on fill where greater bearing is required. The G-4 base offers increased stability with its extended legs which are driven into the fill. G-4 bases are available in standard 2-1/2",
3-1/2", and 5-1/2" heights with taller bases available on special order.

The G-4-A base is fabricated with heavier wire that allows it to be driven into most sub-grades. The G-4-A is available in standard 1-1/2", 2-1/2",
3-1/2" and 5-1/2" heights with taller bases available on special order.

G-33 Screed Key Joint

Dayton/Richmond G-33 Screed Key Joint is available in ten foot lengths in heights of 3-1/2", 4-1/2" and 5-1/2" for use in 4", 5" and 6" on-grade concrete floor slabs. Screed Key produces a smooth, flush surface joint that requires no filling. The use of Screed Key Joint minimizes random cracking and provides proper load transfer from slab to slab.

The use of Screed Key Joint is more economical than bulk-headed forms that must be prepared, installed, stripped, cleaned, repaired or replaced and stored. With Screed Key Joint an entire slab or strips can be poured at one time. Costly and time-consuming checker boarding is eliminated.  Install the Screed Key Joint and pour the concrete - finish flush to the joint and the slab is finished.

Polydrain Trench Drains

PolyDrain trench drains have gained dramatically in acceptance and usage over the years by addressing a wide variety of surface drainage applications. The PolyDrain Forming System provides design flexibility, greater construction accuracy, less installation labor and skill, and has lower installed cost when compared to conventional hand formed cast-in-place methods of creating trench drain.

PolyDrain's polymer concrete components have superior chemical resistance, greater strength, lower water absorption, and better freeze/thaw properties than does Portland cement concrete. Polymer Concrete is resistant to salt, oil, most acids and alkalis, and offers UV resistance. These features make it excellent for capturing, containing, and transporting surface runoff in any application.
The Standard 100 mm PolyDrain System contains both pre-sloped and non-sloped channels, grates and frames, catch basins, end plates, installation aids, and all other components to provide a complete system drainage solution.

By virtue of a smooth interior finish, radius bottom, and built-in 0.6% slope; 1 meter/second (3.5 feet/second) velocities are attained inside the channels even in flat grade conditions. This increases the hydraulic flow capacity and reduces debris build-up in the channels in comparison to cast-in-place trench drain construction.
The PolyDrain Line also contains Special Products for other non-sloping systems. These products lines are optimized for containment applications, utility trenches, limited space installations, and for greater hydraulic flows in sloped site.
